1. Using the site

By using landman.services (the "Site") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is, and is not

The descriptions and samples on the Site are for scoping. They are not legal advice or a title opinion.

• No attorney-client relationship: We are landmen, not attorneys. Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship or a binding contract.
• Samples: The runsheet, mineral ownership report, flowchart and exhibits shown on the Site are drawn samples with made-up parties and records. They are not real tracts and are not title opinions.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Site for lawful business inquiries. Please do not:

• Use scrapers, crawlers or other tools to harvest the Site's content in bulk.
• Send fake, deceptive or spam submissions.
• Probe, break or overload the Site or its security.
• Pretend to be another person or business.

4. Ownership of the Site's content

The text, drawings, marks and layouts on the Site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

5. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages from your use of, or reliance on, what is on this Site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
