landman.services is run by Our Landmen LLC ("we" or "us").

2. What we collect
What you send us
The scope form asks for:
- Your name, your company if you give one, and your email address.
- The county and state, and the legal description or tract list you want us to work from.
- The deliverables you need, how far back to run, and a deadline if you have one.
If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us.
Server logs
Our host, Google Firebase Hosting, keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser, the page requested, the status code and the time. We use them to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
3. How we use it
- To read your scope, tell you whether we can take it, and reply.
- To keep a record of the requests we get.
- To block spam and bots. The form has a hidden field and a short timer for that.
4. We do not sell it
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not give it to advertisers or lead brokers.
5. Who else handles it
- Google (Firebase): your browser sends the form straight to Google's servers, which store it.
- Email: mail you send us, and our replies, pass through the email services we use to receive and answer it.
6. Seeing, correcting or deleting what you sent
Email hello@landman.services with the subject Privacy request to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond as the law where you live requires. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may also give you these rights. We do not use advertising trackers, so there is nothing to opt out of.
7. How long we keep it, and how it is protected
The form is sent over HTTPS, and Google encrypts stored data on its systems. We keep a request as long as we need it to answer you and for our own business records, and we handle deletion requests as described in section 6, unless the law requires us to keep it.
